Top enlisted pararescueman retires from Alaska Air Guard

JOINT BASE ELMENDORF-RICHARDSON, Alaska -- Lt. Col. Matthew Komatsu, commander of the 212th Rescue Squadron, Alaska Air National Guard, presents a certificate of retirement to Chief Master Sgt. Paul Bear Barendregt, a pararescueman and chief enlisted manager for the 212 RQS, during a retirement ceremony at the 212th's headquarters building here Dec. 3, 2016.
