SAN CLEMENTE ISLAND, Calif -- Senior Master Sgt. Scott Belyea, a structural superintendent with the 176th Civil Engineer Squadron, customizes a block here March 15 to fit a concrete wall. In March 2011, the 176 CES deployed to this remote location off the coast of southern California for two weeks to train and work on a variety of infrastructure projects.
