176 Maintenance Squadron gained two new chiefs at back-to-back promotion ceremonies here Feb. 9.

Chief Master Sgt. Dave Rodkey served 27 years, and Chief Master Sgt. Karl Howard served 23 years prior to receiving the highest rank in the enlisted force structure.

"This is what we're looking for," said Lt. Col. Scott Coniglio, the squadron commander, speaking of the chiefs selected for this promotion. "This is what we need."
