JOINT BASE ELMENDORF-RICHARDSON, Alaska --  Members of the 176th Wing gathered at the Talkeetna Theater here June 5 for their annual award ceremony, honoring the award recipients and the accomplishments of the wing during the previous calendar year, 2015.
