TROPIC CARE 2013 community projects

LANAI, Hawaii -- Tech. Sgt. Vance Winkler, a bioenvironmental technician from the 151st Medical Group, uses his civilian mechanical skills here June 7, 2013, to assist Lanai High and Elementary School with broken service equipment between his medical training. Over 540 military personnel from multiple components of the Air Force, Army and Navy gathered on four Hawaiian Islands at six sites as part of a joint training mission called TROPIC CARE 2013 – an Innovative Readiness Training project June 4 to 12, 2013, to care for medically-underserved Hawaiians.
