Traditional air guardsman, unofficial recruiter leads way in recruiting efforts

JOINT BASE ELMENDORF-RICHARDSON, Alaska -- Tech. Sgt. Jack Barker, a member of the 176th Security Forces Squadron, recieves a plaque for most wing referrals for 2012 on March 3 from the wing commander. "From the top down, recruiting is our top priority," said Col. Donald S. Wenke, the 176th Wing commander. "Every day, every year, until we meet 100 percent authorized end strenght."
