Traditional air guardsman, unofficial recruiter leads way in recruiting efforts
JOINT BASE ELMENDORF-RICHARDSON, Alaska -- Tech. Sgt. Jack Barker, a member of the 176th Security Forces Squadron, recieves a plaque for most wing referrals for 2012 on March 3 from the wing commander.
