JOINT BASE ELMENDORF-RICHARDSON, Alaska - Col. Donald S. Wenke, commander of the 176 Wing, shakes hands here June 19 with Rosendo Perez, a new enlistee for the Alaska Air National Guard. Staff Sgt. Perez, a prior active duty Air Force member, will continue his military career as a security forces specialist with the Air National Guard's 168 Security Forces Squadron on Eielson Air Force Base.
