JOINT BASE ELMENDORF-RICHARDSON, Alaska -- Master Sgt. Jack Parks, a member of the 176th Logistics Readiness Squadron's Traffic Management Office, stocks office supplies in cabinets here March 19, 2011. The squadron recently moved (along with its parent unit, the 176th Wing) from Kulis Air National Guard Base to Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson per the 2005 Defense Base Realignment and Closure proposal.
