KULIS AIR NATIONAL GUARD BASE, Alaska - Maj. Matthew Friese, a chaplain with the 176th Wing, blesses a C-130 before a flight, Feb. 12, 2011. The C-130 along with 10 other aircraft from the 176th Wing was flown from Kulis to Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson during a ceremonial flight.
