KULIS AIR NATIONAL GUARD BASE, Alaska - Aircraft from the 176th Wing fly over Kulis Air National Guard Base and an empty ramp for the last time, Feb. 12, 2011. Aircraft from the Wing were flown from Kulis to Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson during a ceremonial flight.
