KULIS AIR NATIONAL GUARD BASE, Alaska - A C-130 from the 144th Airlift Squadron is the last aircraft to leave the ramp on the base, Feb. 12, 2011. Eleven aircraft from the 176th Wing were flown from Kulis to Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson during a ceremonial flight.
