JOINT BASE ELMENDORF RICHARDSON, Alaska -- Members of the 176th Medical Group, Alaska Air National Guard, pose during the ribbon-cutting ceremony for their new Medical Readiness and Training Center here Sept. 19, 2010. The Medical Group was one the first units from the 176th Wing to relocate here from Kulis Air National Guard Base. All wing units will eventually relocate here as part of the Federal 2005 Base Realignment and Closure (BRAC) legislation; most of the remaining units will make the move in early 2011.
