Command chief speaks at symposium

ELMENDORF AIR FORCE BASE, Alaska -- Chief Master Sgt. Chris Muncy, the command chief master sergeant of the Air National Guard, speaks to junior NCOs from the Alaska Air National Guard's 176th Wing during a Sept. 18 enlisted leadership symposium here. Muncy came to deliver some key points and take the Guard members' concerns back to Washington. He emphasized that less than one percent of the population of America is tasked with defending the rest, and reminded the members to take care of their wingmen and families. AKANG photo by SSgt N.
