SSgt Rebecca Sunde, a member of the 176th Wing's Civil Engineer Squadron, helps pour concrete at a shooting range in California along the U.S. Mexico border. The shooting range is used to help train U.S. Border Patrol agents. The 176 CES was there in support of Operation Jump Start.
