176 Wing command chief retires after 38+ years

JOINT BASE ELMENDORF-RICHARDSON, Alaska -- Chief Master Sgt. David Garganta, the 176th Wing command chief, celebrates retirement after more than 38 years in the Alaska Air National Guard at a ceremony here June 3, 2018.
