Alaska Air National Guardsmen from the 176th Wing’s 144th Airlift Squadron transport pararescue personnel from the AKANG’s 212th Rescue Squadron from Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, Alaska, to Moffett Federal Airfield, Calif., to pick up trailers, vehicles, and additional pararescue personnel from the California Air National Guard’s 131st Rescue Squadron, 129th Rescue Wing in route to the East Coast where they will be staged for hurricane response Sept. 12, 2018.
